Frustrated!!!!!

I have been trying for 2 hours to install the flash player update on my mac. I have done everything on the list and it still will not install. Please help as I am very frustrated at this point.

Download the FULL offline installer: Flash Player 12.0.0.70 (Mac OS X)

Save it and quit your browser.

Double click the download to mount the DMG - DO NOT RUN the installer!

Right click the installer and "Show Package Contents".

In Contents/Resources, double click the Adobe Flash Player.pkg

A "COCOA" installer will open. Folow the instructions to install it.
