I checked the Activation status and it seems like Licensing is not staying constant also issues with permission on Adobe folders.
Please delete these folders from these locations.
SLCache
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
SLStore
C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Once done please launch any of the CC Apps as an Administrator and let us know if you are being asked to sign in repeatedly.

I install all software with admin permission...

And if there's some sense in this irritating message, it would be nice if the referred webpage would tell me what is still missing from my registration (with red lettering or asterisks, any clue might help).
