1. Re: copy articles between documents
Doc Maik Mar 13, 2014 7:35 AM (in response to Petteri_Paananen)Comparing your pictures I only see that the article is not in the pane, but it is identical to the source. So what's the problem?
Indesign has no "Load..." feature in the Article pane's mini menu, so this is way. Drag & drop or copy & paste.

Laubender Mar 13, 2014 8:52 AM (in response to Doc Maik)@Doc Malik – I think Petteri is showing here a very simplistic version of his problem. Rebuilding complex articles in a different InDesign file is not that funny…

3. Re: copy articles between documents
Petteri_Paananen Mar 13, 2014 11:58 PM (in response to Laubender)Yes, that´s exactly how Uwe figured it out... I have lots of small InDesign document and I should gather them together to one large document by copy/pasting page content or using Move Page tool (book is not an option is this case).
Every small InDesign "source" file has 1-20 articles in all kinds of structures, sometimes there´s only 1 article with lots of text, sometimes text has been divided to multiple articles.
So it´s a big job to rebuild article srtucture in target document if I had to do it by drag&dropping all the threads to articles panel manually.
I guess there´s no other way...=(
