Using flash player on a Panasonic Linux 32-bit opera - will it play videos?

I bought a Panasonic media player that uses Linux 32-bit opera. I'm getting the message to upgrade flashplayer but when I go to the site the "Download" button is not appearing so I can't procede to Step 2. Does that mean I already have the max (11.2) flash player edition I can or what else is the problem? Is this just no good to play videos (tv episodes) on?

LATEST

Flash Player 11.2 was the final build for Linux. Adobe ended all development a security update or two after it was released. There are no plans to resume Linux development.

Some Linux users have been able to view content requiring the latest player by installing Chrome, which has a PPAPI plug-in, which Google does keep up to date.
