PP has shortcuts galore, but missing 2 essentials

For all the shortcuts available in Premiere, it's surprising that it's missing 2 shortcuts as essential as these:

      1. Insert Video
      2. Insert Audio

      My workflow allows me to:

      1. Select (3 & 4: 'Source Clip: Previous/Next')
      2. Play (Spacebar)
      3. Trim (1 & 2: 'Mark In/Out'), and
      4. Add clips (5: 'Insert') to the Timeline

all from my keyboard, with a single hand, with incredible ease.

However changing what gets added to the Timeline on the fly - Video, Audio or both - is a workflow PITA in Premiere, since it either requires:

      1. resorting to the mouse to click-drag-drop the 'Drag Video/Audio Only' buttons in the Source Monitor (which thank God have been fixed since they were originally broken in PP CC), or
      2. using keyboard shortcuts to disable audio or video track Source Patching, before inserting the desired video or audio, and then re-enabling Source Patching to insert the next video+audio clips. (3 steps instead of 1 = too 3x more work than necessary!)

A much more efficient solution would be for Adobe to simply provide the new 'Insert Video' and 'Insert Audio' shortcuts suggested above.  This way users could easily choose what part of a Source Monitor clip to sent to the Timeline, using a single keystroke, without need to resort to the mouse!

In my workflow, I would set key '6' to 'Insert Video', allowing me to send both Video+Audio (5) or just Video (6) to the Timeline, back and forth, with incredible ease!

I'll be sending Adobe an official FR for this and posting it here for others to send as well.  Premiere has dozens of shortcuts I never use.  It's a real shame it's lacking as basic a shortcut a 'Insert Video', which I would use all the time.

While I never use the Overwrite command, 'Overwrite Video' and 'Overwrite Audio' are 2 more shortcuts that could benefit other editors and should therefore be added as well.
