Playing Presenter 9 recordings on an iPad

I have published a presentation using Presenter 9 to Adobe Connect and I have the Presenter app installed on my iPad.  When I tap on the Connect link on the iPad, it starts Safari and says that Flash needs to be installed.  However according to Adobe's help, you can "click the Adobe Connect URL to automatically open the presentation in the Presenter Mobile application".  I can type the url into the app and that works OK, but it's a pain.  Does anyone know if/how I can automatically play Presenter presentations in the app from a link?

For me its working fine.

Which Ipad are you using ? 

Also close Presenter Mobile and Safari app and Start again. It should work .

Do you have the latest presenter Mobile app and Presenter 9?

If not please update .

Hi,

It's an iPad Air.  Yes I'm using the most recent version of the Presenter mobile app and Presenter 9.

I've tried closing the Presenter app and Safari but still have the same problem.

We're on Adobe Connect version 8 though, could that cause a problem?

Presenter Mobile will not work with connect 8.

You need to have connect 9.0.2 and above version to launch a course on Presenter Mobile.
