Hi;
I am not clear on the issue, is it with FormsCentral or just with a Flash Player update? If it is an issue signing into FormsCentral, what web browser and operating system are you using?

My problem is down loading the adobe flash player 12...It states I need to shut down my Internet Explorer and it is not on. I went to adobe.com, clicked onto support, clicked onto forms, and could not find flash 12 instructions. Really strange as I had adobe flash player for a long time. Had my computer repaired and when it was returned...no flash player..

I moved this thread to the Flash Player install forums instead of the FormsCentral forums, you should get much better help with Flash Player here.
