One of my form users reports that the form locks up when she copies text from another application - like Word or Outlook - into the PDF form.
I have verified in the form properties that the form is compatible with Adobe Reader 7.0.5 or later. The users should be running version 8.0.
Do you know why this happens and what I can do to resolve the situation?
