1. Re: Editing stored Recipient addresses
bob.treitman Mar 26, 2014 7:21 PM (in response to GregEW2)You can't directly edit the address list. These are read from transactions that you have previously sent.
The only way to remove an address is to find and remove all of the transactions that were sent to that address. But be careful; removing the transactions will mean that the files are no longer downloadable by the recipients.
Once you remove those transactions, you will have to sign out and back in to see them disappear.

2. Re: Editing stored Recipient addresses
GregEW2 Mar 27, 2014 7:19 AM (in response to bob.treitman)Thanks Bob. Next time I'm logged into Adobe's back-of-the-house I'll
make the future feature suggestion that email address editing be added
in SendNow.

3. Re: Editing stored Recipient addresses
bob.treitman Mar 27, 2014 7:54 AM (in response to GregEW2)A reasonable request. But the extent of changes that would have to be made in the architecture of the system probably precludes it from being done anytime soon.

4. Re: Editing stored Recipient addresses
GregEW2 Mar 27, 2014 8:43 AM (in response to bob.treitman)Got it. Short of a deluge of similar requests from your subscribers,
I'll expect I'll be doing the editing as you described for quite a while!
Again, thanks for your responsiveness....
Greg.

5. Re: Editing stored Recipient addresses
bob.treitman Mar 27, 2014 8:46 AM (in response to GregEW2)Over the years, we've had a few requests for this, but I wouldn't categorize it as a deluge.
