Thanks Mike:

Don't know if this will let me reply, but here goes.  Windows 7 Home Premium, browser is Explorer, Norton 360 anti-virus which I disable during download, set tools security on enable for Java.  The gurus at Office Depot said it was my PC.  Funny, I could download Adobe products before and now can't even upgrade Adobe Reader let alone Flash.

Followed your instructions, download appeared to be okay, no glitches.  Re-booted.  Went to site (Lawson's Cards) where they needed the upgrades to review choices.  Still comes back with a window saying I need to upgrade to Flash 9 or better.

Is there another step I'm missing, like to innitialize so my PC knows the Flash upgrade is there?

Hi,

Still comes back with a window saying I need to upgrade to Flash 9 or better.

Can you please provide the link of the website you are trying to access. It would better if you can provide a screenshot for the same.

Regards,

Devendra
