Flash Player 12.0.0.77 Issue

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, IE 11.0.9600.1621, Flash Player 12.0.0.77.  When I run a video of say, Yahoo, I get sound but not picture.  I've tried online suggestions such as enabling the Shockwave Flash Object.  Nothing has worked.  Any suggestions about how to get a picture?F

Even if the drivers are up to date, they may be corrupted.

Also, try "cycling" your modem and/or router.

Thanks.  I tried cycling and that didn't work.  The drivers are up to date and aren't corrupted.  Do you have any other ideas?

Outside of that, it's probably another plug-in, or a 3rd party app.
