The password is your Operating System Admin password, not any Adobe password.

Having the same problem. I don't know what my "operating system administration password" is. Not my Apple or Comcast password. So what is it? I don't see any passwords on my list that appear appropriate than these two and my Adobe password which doesn't work either.

having the same problem can I get rid of adobe flash player and start over.  Changed password, had the email but still no luck. Trying to get into You Tube for art painting videos, so frustrating. It tells you update and then doesn't let you. HELP
