I cannot convert book to PDF - getting internal error. How do I fix this?

Make sure you’ve applied the FM12 patch – the same one that caused issues with printing to PDF in 11 crept back into FM12 upon the initial release.

This was addressed in the 12.0.1 patch and is available here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5737
It should also be available if you click the Help > Updates... link in FM.
