what do I do to install adobe flash player??

I have tried to install adobe flash player so that I can play my games but every time I do I get all this other stuff on my computer that

I don't want.................. I am not very good with computers so I need all the help any one is willing to give me please step by step would be great

First step: Download the following:

Flash Player Uninstaller

and either

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

or

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

depending on which browser you use.

Right click the link(s) and "save" the files - do not "Run" them.

Second step: Close your browser, or better yet, do a reboot to make sure there's nothing running.

Third step: Go to your downloads folder and run the uninstaller, then follow that by running the installer.

That will put a new install fo Flash Player (and ONLY Flash Player - nothing else) on your computer.
