Adobe Flash Player 12

Hi no matter what I do I cannot get adobe flash player to download on my system. I am using Windows 7 professional. My computer is 4 years old. Can you help?

Right click the link you need from the following:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save it (don't "run it") and close your browser.

THEN run the installer.
