No matter what I do I can't get into the read my book. I have had 2 e mails from you to re set my password and still it keeps saying that there is already a password with that ID. I just want to read my library book on overdrive from the Maidenhead library. I want my ID to be my e mail address which is [removed by moderator]. I used to be able to read books from the library without an adobe account now because of updating the software on my mini I Pad I can't.
