Demands me to give my  e-mail address and suggests surrepetiotously wrongly other version of that address

Spoiling my screen with irrelevant : That will be interesting for you

But first and foremost it does not install the new version of the Flash Player, while the older one consequently crashes.

Telephone help is offered by people with bad sounding telephones demanding e-mail to spell an E-Mail address, which they again interpret wrongly. The essential question is not answered at all.

This is a short summary of days of anger.
