PSE12 crashes when I try to view slideshow in "Full Screen Preview" or try to make a MWV or DVD copy. Problem seems to be traced to a dtll. program in Windows 8.1. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks in advance for help.
Edit: The Windows 8.1 file identy is actually "ntdll.dll"
