Screen popup that I need to download Adobe Flashplayer.  I put in my password, screen just shakes.  I went in to Adobe and changed my password, then went back and tried to download.  Screen still just shakes.  Is there some secret I don't know?

adobe doesn't request your password to download or install files (though you may need to sign in with your adobe id and password when accessing parts of adobe.com).

are you being prompted for your os password in order to make changes to your computer?
