I uninstalled PSE 12 and want to reinstall on 64-bit system

I want to reinstall PSE on my HP desktop, OS Windows 8.1, 64-bit : there are 2 download options (Nakami and an optional 2-file). What is the best system to use?

38dgg use to the Akamai Download Assistant is the preferred method to download large files. If you face difficulties utilizing the Akamai Download Assistant then please utilize the direct download links.
