My Flash Player is installed properly,but I'm constantly spammed to update FP. How do I stop it?

As stated above ... I'm being spammed by pop ups such as ..... www.premiumvideoupdates.com/tri/update-flash/?subid=65139 ..... that include other products such as McCaffe, PC backup or speedup.

. How do I stop this?

"Adware" - you're infected and it didn't come from here.

You need to find and eradicate it.
