Please see this FAQ and see if it helps resolve it. Make sure you can sign into FormsCentral and use the product with that other email address, that will tell you for sure it has been properly verified. If it has and you still see the warning, check to see if you have any other email addresses in the list that may not yet have been verified. Let me know if things still don't seem to be workiing after checking that out.
