What do I do to use Flash Player?

Adobe says I have installed the Flash Player on my Mac Os Lion but I cannot find it or bring up documents to read using Flash Player.  What do I do?

What kind of documents?  If PDF, you need Adobe Reader, not Flash Player.

Flash Player is a plug-in for your browser. It's activated when you visit a page with Flash content, like YouTube.com
