I cannot install FlashPlayer version 13 on my Mac

When I try to Update my Adobe FlashPlayer to the New Version 13 on my Mac...I get a prompt that asks me to Quit Safari to Continue with the FlashPlayer Installation BUT, NOT SURE what is going on ....because SAFARI IS CLOSED....IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS ISSUE....THANK YOU

1. You DON'T WANT 13 on your Mac yet. Not till they get it fixed for Macs.

2. If you've installed it, see  ATTENTION MAC CUSTOMERS - Flash Player 13 "Plugin Failure" Workaround  to take it back to 12.

Thank You Mike M….I thought that this was the CASE. So, I will wait until ADOBE comes out with a FIX…thanks again for your answer and Support.  Cheers
