What are the memory requirements for Flash Player 12.0.0.77?

I only have 256 MB or RAM and am running XP SP3 32 Bit with the latest versoin of Firefox.

Are you sure these are the requirements for version 12.0.0.77?  What you have listed is verbatim for version 13.0.0.182. from the Adobe website.
