It said installed, but doesn't work. Sites keep asking to install. Plus user account control doesn't show up. My system is window 7, 64 bit.  It looks like flash player in stalling on 32 bit. How can I change it t 64 bit.

LATEST

Those links are the FULL installers. They install 64 bit and 32 bit plug-ins if you have a 64 bit system. If it's 32 bit, they only install 32 bit plug-ins.

What you see in the control panel:

cp.jpg

is the Global Settings manager, which is a 32 bit app and MUST be listed as such per Microsoft requirements
