error message says "the file archive part of photoshop elements 11 is missing"

error message says "the file archive part of photoshop elements 11 is missing", but I completely downloaded part 1 and part 2 which is the complete download.

The downloaded files are as follows:

photoshopelements_11_wwefdj.exe (1,241 kb) and photoshopelements_11_LS15.7z (1,035,028 KB ??

I moved both files to a new subdirectory. Any help will be appreciated. Tom Luce

Tom Luce as an alternative please try downloading Photoshop Elements 11 utilizing the instructions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions prior to scrolling down the page and clicking on the download link.

John there is an issue with the Photoshop Elements 11 download hosted on the Photoshop Elements 11 and 10 download page.  Please see the related discussion at http://forums.adobe.com/message/6302318#6302318.

The issue has been reported and we are working on a resolution.  I would recommend referring individuals to the Prodesigntools site for this weekend.
