Adobe ExportPDF and Flash Player

I recently got Adobe ExportPDF and it works great. But not I cannot use Adobe Flash Player. Not sure this is connected, but it says I need to update to a newer version. I did this, but flash player still doesn't work. I then removed and reinstalled flash player, but it still says I need to update. Can anyone help?

There is no connection unless it gives you this message while opening a PDF portfolio.

Let me know when actually this message is coming what is your work flow.

Here is an example. I have Comcast/Infinity for my internet and my home page. I clicked on the video below and pictured below is what I see. In the past I would be able to watch the video.
