Captivate 7 (current version) is crashing during sotware demo recording - help pls

Hello,

I'm trying to record a software demonstration of interatcting with a website and filling out the profile page. Captivate opens fine, loads quickly, sets-up for recording correctly, and begins recording with no issues. But during the recording, if I hit anything but letters on my keyboard, it crashes out. I have no other software open except Captivate and Firefox with only one tab active on the webpage I'm recording.

I downloaded and installed all updates today and it still crashed whenever I tried to record as listed above.

Thoughts?

Did you launch Captivate with Run As Administrator privileges?
