Downloading and registering

I have tried all the soulutions that there is online and I still can't download and register Flash Player. What are my options?

There is no registration for Flash Player.

Download the installer directly from the following links:

Just wanted to let you know this didn't work either. I think it's the active X I'm having the problem with.

I tried everything you suggested, I unistalled flash player and tried to reinstall but it wouldn't work. What happens if I go intto the task manager and end the process of everything that is running and I still can't download or it does download and then how do I get the programs I ended the process on to work again?
