Trouble Installing Adobe Flash Player

When I try to watch a video I need to install Adobe Flash Player. 

But when I try I freeze at 50% because am prompted to remove Skype and Internet Explorer.

Skype and Internet Explorer are already closed. 

How do I get  past this and complete my installation?
