Can't generate printed documentation

I have a Robohelp project in which I'm generating output in both webhelp and print (word) format. I have 2 PC's--one with Windows XP, one with Vista. I'm using MS Word 2003 on both. When I try to generate printed documentation on the Vista PC, I get an error message "Word VBA Macro version registered is incorrect. Please reinstall Printed Documentation." I don't really understand the message or know what to do. (This works fine on the Windows XP PC).

See the Print Issues topic on my site. The message is covered there and there is a link to an Adobe topic which does not appear to be relevant. However I have been told that it can help. I cannot confirm that.

Check your Macro security setting on the Vista PC before you do anything else. I don't think that is it but it is worth a try.

Hi Peter,
I changed my Macro security setting, and also followed the instructions in your web site under Print Issues (copied over new templates). I'm still having the same issue, and getting the same error message. The problem only occurs with Vista. I've heard that Robohelp X7 will be "more" compatible with Vista.

See if Snippet 60 on my site contains anything useful.

Hi Peter,
That's where I found the instructions to copy new templates into my Robohelp Office folder--but it didn't help. Still getting the error message.

How? Snippet 60 is different to the Print Issues topic that has the template link in it.

It points to a Vista specific topic on Adobe's site (no reference to templates) and to a forum post from an Adobe employee.

You're right. I was looking in the wrong place. I did check Snippet 60, and it talks about problems launching Robohelp X6. The resolution has to do with User Account Control, and getting into registry files that I don't want to touch. I'm going to stick with Windows XP for now, I think.
