Programmfehler bei Datei öffnen

Hallo allesamt,

vielleicht weiß Jemand Rat:

Ich benutzte PE 10 auf einem MAC mit aktuellem IOS. Leider bekomme ich die Meldung eines Programmfehlers, wenn ich eine Datei öffnen will und hierbei auf die Iphoto-Mediathek klicke. Eine Neuinstallation brachte keinen Erfolg.

Hat Jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann und welche Lösungsmöglichkeit es gibt?

Vielen Dank für die Anregungen. Leider hatte ich damit keinen Erfolg. Nach wie vor kann ich die Iphoto-Mediathek nicht über PE öffnen, um ein Bild zu laden bzw. zu bearbeiten.
Gibt es noch andere Lösungsmöglichkeiten?

Pictures that are "overly" large may cause video editing problems
