Getting merge fields in printed documentation

I'm printing my help document from Robohelp 11 to Word and I'm getting what looks like merge fields in the text, usually in the headings.

I think they may be index keywords.

How can I get these fields out of my document?

They do not delete if I select and press the Ctrl F9 keys.

Thanks.

It sounds like you have Show Fields enabled in Word. Turn that off and it should be OK. If Paragraph marks are also showing, turning them off may be enough.
