1. Re: how do I undo a protected file that I sent. I am working on a book with another person.

SendNow doesn't add any protection to the file.

mcgrtpan@aol.com Apr 22, 2014 4:28 PM (in response to bob.treitman)When I'm working on a book with another person, when I send it to him chapter by chapter, he can't work on it. He can read it but not work on it. Why? I can't use this if that's what happens, That's why I want to cancel this. How can you write a book if the other person can't work on it.

Dave Merchant Apr 22, 2014 4:31 PM (in response to mcgrtpan@aol.com)What's the original file type you are sending, and are you selecting to convert it to PDF as part of the upload process? PDF files can't be edited like Word documents, but SendNow will only convert files to PDF if you ask it to.
