I ask because your SendNow service was started months before the 12/9/13 date you mention, so I just want to make sure that we're talking about the right service (since you posted in the SendNow forum).

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I see you have a paid subscription to SendNow and that it's associated with the same Adobe ID you used to sign in and post to these forums.
Are you trying to access SendNow from within Adobe Reader or the SendNow website?

I CAN'T SEEM TO SIGN IN. THE E MAIL WON'T GO OUT
