"Failed to register" Flash 13 even after updated installer/Windows7

Windows7 /64 bit/ internet explorer 11/  Tried the updated installer with current permissions for Flash player but Flash will only download about 53 percent. Help would be appreciated, any ideas?

It cures this.

You get this when running the MSI installer?

Can you post the contents of the FlashInstall.log files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash and C:\WINDOWS\syswow64\Macromed\Flash

Thank you! After pissing around with FP13 failing to register for several hours, I tried your link, and it resolved the problem in a few seconds. Excellent!
