FlashPlayer 13.0.0.182 (Installation Problems)

Hello,

After deploying Flashplayer 13.0.0.182 to a medium sized enterprise (APSB14-09), I've had dozens of workstations experience an issue that almost appears like the plugin and activex control aren't registering after updating.  These are all Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 machines that normally receive Flash updates in the exact same fashion without a problem.  I'm trying to find if this is a widespread issue.  I understand there has been problems reported with OSX as well.

I don't know if there has been any progress or solutions to the problems.
