Adobe Flash Player was working just fine on my PC, running Windows-7 Home Premium. After MS IE-11 installed itself, no apps that require Flash Play will work. Each says Flash Player is not available. I checked the system and it says it exists and is enabled, but no apps can access it. I have tried downloading with no success. The download process tells the user what to do if there is trouble downloading. However, the window (or sub window) in which the user is supposed to select an option is never displayed. Don't know where to go from here. I need Flash Player and apparently can't have it!
What kind of problem do you have with downloading? Try downloading the installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_text_4
On IE11 make sure that ActiveX Filtering is disabled.
