Install Flash Player 13.0.0.182 won't get past Initializing

1) When I get the following message I uncheck the "Install Google" option and click the "Install Now" button:

2) Then I get the following screen:

3) And then nothing happens - I get the next screen:

If I click the "Click Here" link it says I should get some pop-up message, but I don't.  I've enabled all Pop-ups, so I'm not sure what to do.

Use the offline installer:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

It avoids ALL the hassles of using the downloader/installer
