Why is Flash player installation installing Google Chrome and a Google add on?

Perhaps I didn't see that some other items were checked before I clicked the install button for new Flash player plugin, but I'm very annoyed that it started installing Chrome and another Google add-on without asking me. I as able to quickly cancel the installation before they were installed. What's up with this? If I wanted Google products installed, I'll go to to Google's website and install them. I don't need Adobe sneaking extra stuff in.

Use the FULL installers:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Nothing is ever bundled with those.
