Have Vista - trying to download Adobe Flash Player - keep getting message - installation encountered errors - close and try again. Do not have flash player currently

If you still have problems, post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash

I do not know how to post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file. I’m not computer savy. Thanks
