Why would my upgrading my flash player have a virus attached to it?

I have been trying to upgrade my flash player.  It seems to have a virus attached to it as marked by McAfee each and every time.

Of course it still needs to be upgraded.

It's a bad definition by McAfee.

Try disabling it, and then download the FULL installer:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Run the installer, and THEN re-enable McAfee.
