Having trouble customizing a web form

I need help.   I have a web form for email newsletter created in the web form module and when I copy and paste the code in to the page i want it in, it doesnt keep the size it is supposed to be.  It's like it grows from copy to paste.  I pasted the form code in to a div that is no larger than the form itself. Any thoughts?

Can you provide a link to the page with the form on it? It's hard to say without looking at the code.
