wont download

I had to uninstall the flash player and when i tried to reinstall the program it wont let me. When I click the install button it says initializing but there's no pop up to let it run. I've made sure the programs been uninstalled and have followed the steps and it still wont load. I'm becoming rather frustrated.

Try using the offline installers:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
• Flash Player for Mac OS X

If it still fails, provide some details.
