Access denied error when building my DVD

After transcoding, I get an "access Denied" error and the build stops.

Use the "run as administrator" option.

If that is not it, what version of Encore? What operating system?

I have Encore set to ALWAYS use Run As Administrator, which MUST be used to create a dual layer DVD or a BluRay, and which also solves several other "odd" problems - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395
