Can you please confirm which email account this is occurring with? Once you provide me with the email address, I will be able to reassign them to the site that the MX record is assigned to.

This error usually displays when the user logged in is originally defaulted to another site.
You'll need to reach direct support so they can help update this to your current site. Have your login email ID + the site where this error is throwing.
