Adobe Flash Player update

I keep getting an update for flash player that i can't use, it doesn't say what version, just that it enhances online gameing, and more secure social media, facebook, etc. Says something about " Play Panel " I am not on facebook or any other social network, and i don't play games online either, so i really don't need it, and my processor is not fast enough to run it, how do you get adobe to stop sending it?

I have flash player 10 activex and 11 plugin.

Adobe doesn't send update notifications in your browser. You're seeing a fake. You may have adware, or a browser hack.
