Chrome option re-checks itself

With Flash Player plugin updates, every time I uncheck the install Chrome box it re-checks itself.  That is, even though I uncheck it Chrome installs every time, which means I have to uninstall it every time.  I've now just seen this on two computers, including one where I repeatedly unchecked it and had it re-check less than a second later each time  Grossly insulting.

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

NOTHING bundled in them. Those links remain the same even when the version is updated. Bookmark them.
