I have been using ADE for approximately 12-15 months and until 5 or 6 weeks ago I was able to download eBooks from Norfolk Library (UK) to my Kobo Mini using this software. Now I cannot and receive messages e.g.,
CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book
My library assures me that there is nothing wrong at their end as do Kobo.
Please can you suggest a solution to this problem.
I have, today, changed my password to see if that helps but to no avail
